The view from my dorm room as I lay in bed. Can’t get any better!
Well hey y’all? I haven’t been on here in a while, but I’m back! Can’t wait to share the amazing things that happen here at berry, and show you some amazing pictures too. The move has been exactly what I need and between classes and work, oh and a social life, I never feel alone. Berry college has been a blessing from god.
Animal Photo of the Day
A veterinarian stretches her hands to protect a little owl, which is poisoned by pesticide and suffering from a neurological disorder that makes it difficult to keep its balance while standing, after a medical check at the Beijing Raptor Rescue Center in Beijing, China. As Beijing falls along a north-south migratory route that the birds use, more than 43 types of raptors can be found in the city year-round, some of which die or are injured in collisions with skyscrapers and overhead lines or trapped by illegal bird catchers.

This weekend has hit me like a bus. I have realized that because I am going to Berry for college, my so called friends think I will be dropping off the face of the world. Just because it’s out of state, doesn’t mean we can’t still be friends. However on the plus side it has showed me who my true friends really are. They are the ones that don’t care that Berry is a 10 hour drive or that I won’t be coming home that often. Berry has showed me a lot so far, am I’m not even living there yet…
This band, reminds me of what to come. It creates an illusion of why I should be excited for the future. <3

Sara Bareilles’ music hits right through my heart every time. Almost every song, I can relate to and it can bring out any emotion in me. Sara Bareilles is amazing. End of discussion.
Graduation can’t come quick enough… Berry in the fall, has made me wonder what things will be like in the future. I’m not talking about the distant future, but in 6 months, how will things be? Who will I keep in touch with? How will things be different? I can only take it day by day and see how things pan out. But as far as I know, the new start, in a new town, hell even in a new state, is what I need.
